Which dietary supplements are worthless?

AllReviews

Value relates to need. If you actually need a supplement, because of a nutrient deficiency for example, then the supplement has value. If you don’t need it, it does not have value.

People can have varying needs so it’s not possible to make blanketing statements about what is worthwhile and what is worthless.

These are some of the reasons why people should consult their doctors to determine what is needed, instead of self-prescribing.

There are over 85,000 different supplements at last count a couple of years ago. Which ones are worthless? Well, what comes to mind immediately are breast size enhancers and the same for penis! Sorry men and women, these supplements help only the manufacturers. I’m sure there are others but I cannot think of them immediately. However, vitamins, minerals, herbs, probiotics, protein powders, green powder mixes, essential fatty acids, amino acids, etc., all can have value to some who need them.

The only LeptoConnect suplements that I know are top knotch is Youngevity. They have suplements for every condition. They have the best quality on the market. One that is well known is tangy tangerine 2.0 powder canister. It is about the most strongest out there.

“Thus far, several meta-analyses, authoritative reviews, and expert panel reports have been published on the use of MVMs in preventing chronic diseases in healthy individuals. Almost all have found no overall benefit. “

Basically, most vitamins taken by individuals are useless. For individuals who are active, such as runners, weight lifters, body builders, there may be some deficiencies. Creatine is an important supplment for weight lifters. NOx is important for endurance sports (but can really be accomplished through food selection). BCAAs, Vitamins, etc. are generally not needed if the individual does not have medically identified imbalances necessitating the need.
